#2 HOMEMADE PIZZA !!!
So I’m working 4 shifts for this week and was thinking what to make for lunch this time. In Norway, eating out all the time is like a death sentence for your bank account, so making your own food is just better lmao. Last week I made a delicious creamy chicken pasta with salad which you can check here! This week I’ll be making homemade pizza; pizza is one of those foods you can have so much fun with as you can decide all the toppings and experiment with many different things. My family and I LOVE making homemade pizzas, that’s kind of our thing. And we go all out!…

#1 CHICKEN PESTO PASTA WITH SALAD
So if you follow me on tiktok, you might have seen my video where I filmed a cooking video of my lunch for the week. I made this DELICIOUS chicken pesto pasta with salad which was healthy, filling and obviously tasty. It consisted of only a few ingredients and didn’t cost much. I made enough for 2 days, so 2 shifts and only took around 45 minutes total. INGREDIENTS: I don’t necessarily go by quantities, I just put how much of something I like and until the dish looks good. So for example if you like your pasta more saucy, add more cream or if you like it more spicy…

Overnight Oats – RECIPE 😍😍😍
OK so basically I’ve been feeling like shi* lately when it comes to my eating habits and general diet. I’m actually a really healthy person but if I eat some takeaway or fried food, I will immediately feel like “omg I’m so unhealthy” etccc So breakfast, as you know, is super important as you are giving your body energy and nourishment after sleeping for hours and not having anything in your system. I’m normally quite bad when it comes to breakfast as I don’t generally have time or motivation to make anything I fancy eating. HOWEVER! The other week my grandma was making some overnight oats for me, herself and…

National Spaghetti Day
Today celebrates “National Spaghetti Day.” Spaghetti originated from Italy and has been used in many different recipes like: Spaghetti Bolognese, Carbonara, Spaghetti with Prawns and hundreds more. Apparently you are supposed to spoon the sauce on top of the pasta and then toss it with a spoon and fork, but eat it with only a fork. Below would be my own recipe for Spaghetti Bolognese! Preheat the oven the 180 C (Gas Mark 4) Slice cherry tomatoes, vine riped tomatoes, red bell pepper, seedless red chili (up to you how much), peeled carrots and celery in chunks and place it on a baking tray Drizzle olive oil, add basil,…

PIZZA MAKING PARTY WITH #PIZZAEXPRESS
Earlier on this month, me and mum were invited to a Pizza Making Party at Pizza Express and it was AMAZING! I was able to try new food, (I tried olives, but never again….) learnt how to toss the dough like a pro and to watch how professionals make the best Italian Pizzas. We first had a drink (Coke for me) and relaxed before we started cooking, it is a Party after all! We then washed our hands, put on an apron and wore this funky hat which gave me the giggles 🙂 The teacher demonstrated how to roll out the dough, toss out and my mum kept on getting…
