Being born into a Sikh family,  I have always been fascinated by Indian Cooking – love my spices! In fact, I inherited my Grandma’s Indian Spice Tin which is filled with Turmeric,  Garam Masala,  Madras Curry, Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds and more!
