Woke up to an absolutely gorgeous and sunny morning. Mum had planned a trip to the ‘Little Fox Market’ at Cassiobury Park. We had a lovely stroll in the shades of the trees (picture 12-14).
A stand selling organic and homemade food caught my eye, especially the ‘Honey Mustard Dressing’ which I had with some bread and OMG it was absolutely delicious! Mum bought a bottle (of course! ) and a red pepper plant. “This is a perfect day” she said.
For dinner today, we both fancy a chicken salad with three types of tomatoes, rocket salad, cooling Cucumber, garlic bread turned into croutons, Pineapple, avocado and a few more ingredients.
